The White Chocolate Orchid Cake

“We got married on a beach in Manly, Sydney, Australia – It was on our return that we had a huge party and of course a fantastic chocolate cake. Jenny asked if she could design our wedding cake without any input from us. We were happy to let her and even happier when we saw the finished masterpiece! Jenny had taken inspiration from my wedding dress and our wedding flowers. The combination of the chocolate sponge, indulgent ganache and white chocolate icing was divine, truly delicious. We were so happy with our wedding cake and feel extra special that Jenny designed it for us. Thank you Jenny, we loved it!”

5 tier chocolate cake sandwiched and covered with chocolate ganache. The cake is then finished with white Belgian chocolate icing, white chocolate beading around each tier and handmade chocolate orchids. The orchids’ are lightly gilded with pink and combined with the pink ribbon around the base of the cake to bring the colours together

This size caters for 150 guests.
