Caking and Baking Cupcake Parties
Caking and Baking cupcake parties are suitable for adults & children from 5 years to indulge in some cupcake fun!!
Tailored specifically to the age group of the party guests, Caking and Baking cupcake parties are the perfect way to entertain the little and big people in your life on that special occasion. Hassle free, we supply everything that’s needed!
From birthday parties or a special treat for a group of friends one afternoon each party is unique and Caking and Baking will liaise with you to ensure your cupcake party is enjoyable and fun.
In the cupcake parties our cake expert Saffron, owner of Caking and Baking will be sharing her baking knowledge and decorating skills.

We offer three packages for children’s parties:
Vanilla
£15 per child (minimum 8, max 14)
1.5 hours
- 4 vanilla cupcakes per child, freshly baked in their own box – so no need for a party bag!
- PVC apron for use during the party
- All equipment including professional sugarcraft board, rolling pin and cutters
- All icing ingredients
- Professional cake maker teaching them how to ice in different styles and make sugar paste decorations
- Personalised Certificate
- And all the clearing up!!
Chocolate
£25 per child (minimum 8, max 14)
2 hours
- 4 vanilla cupcakes per child, freshly baked in their own box – so no need for a party bag!
- PVC apron for use during the party
- Paper chefs hat for each child to take home
- All equipment including professional sugarcraft board, rolling pin and cutters
- All icing ingredients
- Professional cake maker teaching them how to ice in different styles and make sugarpaste decorations
- Personalised Certificate
- Afternoon tea of mini cupcakes, brownies , finger sandwiches & fruit
- And all the clearing up!!
Red Velvet
£30 per child (minimum 8, max 14)
3 hours
- 6 vanilla cupcakes per child, freshly baked in their own box – so no need for a party bag!
- PVC apron for use during the party
- Paper chefs hat for each child to take home
- All equipment including professional sugarcraft board, rolling pin and cutters
- All icing ingredients
- Professional cake maker teaching them how to ice in different styles and make sugarpaste decorations
- Personalised Certificate
- Afternoon tea of mini cupcakes, brownies , finger sandwiches & fruit
- Pass the parcel party game
- A special baking present for the birthday child
- And all the clearing up!!
If the party has a theme please let us know and we will be able to theme the cupcake decorating.
And any birthday cake ordered from Caking and Baking for the party will be discounted by 10%
Parties are held at Oken’s Kitchen 45A Coten End, Warwick CV34 4NT or in a venue of your choice
