5-tier chocolate cake sandwiched with chocolate ganache and covered in ganache before being stacked and decorated with layers of white, milk and dark chocolate twisted around the cake. Chocolate shavings are sprinkled in between the cake and the outer chocolate finish and then fresh red berries are added as the finishing touch.
